Privacy Policy
The short version. We make free web games and keep data collection minimal. We use a small login token and your saved game progress to run the games, plus privacy-respecting, anonymous analytics to understand usage. Purchases are handled entirely by Paddle — we never see or store your full card details. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
The Good Pig Studio games are operated by Axon AI Pte Ltd, trading as Good Pig Studio (“we”, “us”), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us at support@goodpig.xyz.
2. Information we collect
- Account & game progress. If you create a per-game account, we store your login (such as an email and a hashed password) and your in-game progress and preferences so we can save your game.
- Local storage. We use your browser's local storage to keep a session token and your local preferences (for example, sound on/off). This stays on your device.
- Anonymous analytics. We collect aggregate, pseudonymous usage signals tied to a random visitor identifier (not your name) to understand how the games are used and to fix problems. Where optional product analytics are enabled, they are configured to minimise the personal data collected.
- Purchase information. When you buy something, your payment details are collected and processed by Paddle. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the record of what to grant in-game — we never see or store your full card number.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and save your progress in the games.
- To deliver and confirm purchases you make.
- To improve our games, diagnose problems, and understand usage in aggregate.
- To prevent abuse, cheating, and fraud, and to keep the games secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments
Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all billing on our behalf. When you purchase, Paddle collects and handles your payment information and any applicable tax under its own privacy policy. We receive only the transaction confirmation and the in-game grant — not your full payment details.
5. Cookies & local storage
Our games use essential browser storage (such as a session token and your preferences) to function. We do not set first-party advertising cookies. During checkout, Paddle may set its own cookies to process your payment securely, governed by Paddle's privacy policy.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the games:
- Hosting & database providers that store and serve the games and your saved progress.
- Analytics providers (where enabled), used in a privacy-respecting configuration.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to process purchases.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
7. Data retention & security
We keep account and progress data for the lifetime of your account and as needed for the purposes above or to comply with the law. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's data
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@goodpig.xyz and we will delete it.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- EU & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- Singapore (PDPA): the rights to request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you.
- California (CCPA): the right to know, delete, and to opt out of the “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest version; material changes will be reflected here.
