Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our games. By accessing or playing any Good Pig Studio game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & the parties
The Good Pig Studio games are operated by Axon AI Pte Ltd, trading as Good Pig Studio (“we”, “us”, “the Studio”). These Terms cover our games, including POSTING, Greased, Charles Ranch, and The Oinkening, and any related websites and services. If you do not agree, do not use the games. Questions about these Terms can be directed to support@goodpig.xyz.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be the age of majority in your country to agree to these Terms on your own behalf, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them for you. Our games are general-audience, casual games. They are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
3. Your accounts
Depending on the game, you may create a per-game account or, where available, play as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, abuse, cheating, fraud, or to comply with the law.
4. Virtual items & in-game currency
Our games may include virtual items, cosmetic upgrades, and in-game currencies (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items are provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence. They are purely cosmetic and/or for in-game progression, have no real-world or monetary value, are non-cashable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, nor transferred or traded between accounts or to third parties. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold.
We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Everything available for purchase is cosmetic or progression-based — never an unfair competitive advantage.
5. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and tax on our behalf.
Prices and the current list of optional purchases are shown in each game's in-game store. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
6. Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
- No reselling, trading, or commercial exploitation of Virtual Items.
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct toward the Studio, other players, or the service.
7. Intellectual property
All game content, art, code, and the names “Good Pig Studio”, “POSTING”, “Greased”, “Charles Ranch”, and “The Oinkening” are owned by or licensed to Axon AI Pte Ltd. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to play the games for your own enjoyment. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimers
The games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the games will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the games.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our games evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the games after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
